Regular practice of this singer’s breathing technique helps promote better muscle tone of the chest, ribs, back and abdomen that can help increase breathing control and lung capacity. Difficulty breathing causes low blood oxygen levels, and can lead to many health problems, including fatigue, and shortness of breath, as well as other more serious problems. Designed with certain lung dysfunctions in mind – age-related breathing difficulty, asthma, COPD and Long COVID – the goal of StarSong is to help you have more control of your own breathing.
