Individual Class Sessions

StarSong sessions for Individuals and Small Groups (Levels 1, 2 or 3) are provided as 1 hour per week classes. They are offered as single sessions or in 4 week, 8 week or 12 week packages.

In-person sessions offered to individuals in a public setting are scheduled upon request. These classes require six or more individuals located in the same area or city who are interested in StarSong sessions and can be provided in a private or community gathering location.

Class Session

Class sessions include training in diaphragmatic breathing (also called the ‘Singer’s Breath) as well as opportunities to practice and to apply the techniques through singing, breathing exercises, gentle stretching, and short mindfulness activities designed to reduce anxiety and bring added control of deeper breathing.

Private Companies and Community Organizations

StarSong sessions for Private Companies and Community Organizations are provided as 1 hour per week classes. They are offered as single sessions or in 4 week, 8 week or 12 week packages.

Class Session

In-person sessions are offered to a company or community group, available and scheduled upon request, typically take place at the business or regular group meeting place.These sessions are flexible and may be provided with the regular method format or customized to emphasize specific aspects of the method. For example: A group may prefer more time/ less time dedicated to each of the 5 session elements – singing, breath training, physical movement, mindfulness or personal connection. Each class session includes training in diaphragmatic breathing (also called the ‘Singer’s Breath) as well as opportunities to practice and apply the technique through breathing exercises, singing together, gentle stretching, and mindfulness activities designed to reduce anxiety and bring further control of deeper breathing.
